Yes, all sellers on HerbsFirm are required to submit certifications for organic/herbal products and proof for handmade items.
Simply sign up as a seller, upload the required certifications, and list your products. After verification, your shop will be live.
We support UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery in selected regions.
We offer returns within 7 days for damaged, expired, or incorrect products. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. After shipment, you may return the item once it’s delivered.
The delivery timeline is based on your location and the seller’s processing time. At the moment, we don’t offer an express shipping option, but you can always track your order in real-time from your account.
Unfortunately, once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. You may place a new order instead.
Go to the “Orders” section in your account, select the item, and choose “Return.” If eligible, you can select a replacement, refund, or exchange.
For COD orders, refunds are processed through bank transfer. You’ll be asked to provide bank account details during the return process.
